This is an interesting point. This organization is such a mess from top to bottom right now the case could be made that bringing JJ here for 30 games to experience it firsthand and be the third wheel to the swag backcourt might actually make him want to sign here EVEN LESS than if we had just approached him in the offseason with a higher offer than anybody else was willing to pay him. I don't even think that's all that farfetched of a scenario. If he is on the bench at the end of games for the rest of the year and Monta opts in and we match Jennings offer sheet, I could see him being like f*ck it, I'd rather take less money to go play for a contender than to stick around and watch this sh*tshow from the bench for another year at least...
