Anderson and Bargnani earned their minutes by being the best options at their positions by default. Bargnani is awful, but he's better than Gray or Acy. Anderson sucks too, but he's better than Ross or Pietrus. The minutes are there for the taking, but Ross chooses to be awful.

Lol your a blind hater. What does Waiter's have over Ross.
Defense- no
Shooting- no
Being a pudgy midget- yes

WTF? Come on now, Waiters is a much, MUCH better basketball player than Ross. Ross is a better leaper and a better dunk contest guy, but Waiters can actually attack the rim, has been shooting better as the season goes along, can play both guard positions and handle the rock.

Who in their right mind thinks Ross is better than Waiters?

Seriously, this was debatable in the 1st half of the season, but just like in games our rooks aren't going to sniff a minute in the 2nd half and that's completely drained Ross' development and drive, just look at how he plays now. I wouldn't be mad if he requested a trade out of here because of Casey, I know I would, 0 minutes? Really?

Remember if you want to be an aspiring basketball player who's the 1st option on offense (come hell or high water) find a team with Casey on it when your about 30 yrs old and have maybe 1 or 2 hot games. That will warrant you minutes even if every other game you hurt the team, not to mention you'll get minutes over the better and younger options on the bench!

And you can't just give him minutes, he still has to earn them by practicing hard, working hard, showing you care... If you just hand undeserving rookies more minutes that's when they feel entitled to everything.

So how do you justify playing Anderson then smart guy?

Anderson isn't as much of a liability on defense. There's more to basketball than just scoring buckets, in case you haven't noticed.

No kidding, I'm glad AA's -25 in 15 mins impressed you so much, are you a memeber of his family or something? Did you not find it interesting that when he came into the game our 14 point lead vanished. Trust me this loss just isn't on AA, Bargs was useless as well. Ross deserved a chance.

Yea, Waiters are Beal are definitely better than Ross. And I don't know how you could call them certified busts when the were both drafted ahead of Ross. Both of them can hit 3's and are both better at getting to the rack and getting to the free throw line.

Easy to compare him to Ross after he was avging 30 min a game for the entire season.

Why not look at the per 36 stats for FG% and opponent PER in the beginning of the season for both players when Ross was actually playing 15 min a game.

LMAO of him not being a good defender. First game against Houston him vs Harden explain that.

You're right. The coaching staff should have looked into the future and know he would finish -25 before the game started. I'm sure that stat had absolutely nothing to do with the other players on the floor either.

It's just one game against the Cavs. Once our playoff hopes diminish he'll likely get more mins.

In defense of zombies, at least they are persistent. Barfs gave up long ago.

Im honestly not so sure Ross is that far off from Waiters...

Per 36

Ross: 13.5pts, 4.3rbs, 1.7ast, 1.2stl, 1.4TO 40%FG, 33%3PT
Waiters: 17.9pts, 3rbs, 3.8ast, 1.3stl, 2.4TO 41%FG, 32%3PT

I would be really interested seeing Ross in the Cavs starting lineup next to Irving getting 30min per game

Waiters starts for the Cavs. Ross plays against the other team's bench.

Ross has a reputation for not being so bright.

That should make him and Casey get along well.

Waiters isn't a 1 dimensional scrub like Ross. Don't worry guys now that the Raps are out of the playoffs, BC will force Casey to play Ross. Hopefully these last 20 games will show actually how atrocious Ross is.
