I work out enough to stay slim. I do Stephano's ab work out still too with a few modifications. Toss in some pull ups,push ups, lunges, dips, etc... and a run occasionally.

nut rly

i have enough functional strength/size on my legs to not need to do squats for a while- until my upper body gets a lot bigger, i will stay proportional

i used to do 10 reps at 225 lb ass to grass too, my squat form is a thing of beauty

Squats help your upper body grow. They basically release testosterone and GH output in your body even though it may be minimal.

it is very minimal + i deadlift on the regs anyway for lower body testostorone flow

I only do Olympic lifts. I do track so I try not go over 180 pounds in my weight.
I run mostly, do a lot of plyometrics, abs, and do 250 pushups in sets of 50 every other day!!
