i started deadlifting and **** when i was 14 years old because i played football in high school, since then i've been trying to get my numbers up, im 22 now so 8 years of deadlifting consistently and i got to 500, funny enough since there are powerlifters who are over double what i deadlift lol.

But really lifting 500 reps in one session seems like a major overkill to me.

500 is really impressive. I normally just max out at 315 (anywhere from 6-8 reps). I know I can put up more weight but the bar always starts slipping out of my hands.

I usually do deadlifts and hyperextensions. Slava's the pro here. we need you man! but yeah, got rid of my lower back pains when I did those. coupled with beastphano's ab workout and sprints and damn. them bitches can't box out this stud.

Dead lifts are the meat and potatoes for lower back. Ill also take like a 45 lb plate or whatever and do hypers

regarding shoulders, I'm not sure why the muscle on my left shoulder by the nape area is developing larger than my right. my therapist says it could be due to putting weight on the right said more compared to the left. now I always put the sling of my gym bag or my back pack to my left side as much as possible.
