Welcome home, Aaron Brooks!!!

Post#1 » by Mr. E » Sat Mar 2, 2013 2:32 am

Glad to have you back!

Now change your location from "traded" to "back home" :D

He will be eligible for the playoffs if everything goes smoothly with this transition. Looking forward to what he can offer the team as some much needed veteran presence in the back court.

I must admit I'm pretty damn happy to have AB back. I just hope he's more productive than Steve Francis when he returned back to the Rockets.

As a Blazer fan I am hoping that they take a look at Mr Brooks in the offseason. He would make a fine 6th man. Glad to see him out of the situation on Sacramento and on a team I would prefer to see make the playoffs ahead of the Lakers

I'm equally befuddled. Can Aaron Brooks play PF?

This would have made perfect sense if we didn't already have Beverley. But Beverley is already the spark off the bench who can contribute both offensively and defensively.

If Brooks backs up Harden at SG, he'll be an even bigger defensive liability than Harden.

Bench Lin and start Brooks, Lin could be best used as the second unit's ball handler

friends/family
owns a home or expensive flat
really likes houston
really likes the deal with houston
another future move from morey
didnt wanna wait long. things weren't great in sactown. wants to build good rep for future

it wont be easy for him tho. there's a lotta shooters on this team. being an undersized pg makes it tougher. but still, i'd rather see him as the backup sg than garcia. have garcia for defensive purposes if needed. (lol defense, yeah right)
