Is Kendrick Perkins the worst.....ever?

Watching this game tonight really makes me think so . He did have one decent assist though . He just snarled a lot and kind of stood there .

Guy was a scrub that played tough interior D on a championship caliber team with the C's , got overpaid for doing something Chris Anderson would do for the min , and now seems to not even try .

He's gaining on Jason terry for my most hated player

Terrible offensive player, terrible rebounder, grossly overrated defender. Is a "specialist defender" that is ineffective against most teams since most teams do not have a dominant post threat.

Yea he is overpaid garbage.

Celtics defense was great without him, hell even this year they have the 2nd best defense since Bradley has been healthy.

That's not to say that Perk doesn't have his role, he does, but as a starting center, he leaves a lot to be desired.

He's never played large minutes, doesn't move from his comfort zone, plays good post defense in a conference that has the better bigs

he's not the worst, but if you factor in salaries he has to be right up there. trading harden instead of amnestying perkins is definitely the biggest mistake presti has made as a GM. although, he does still have toronto's pick to salvage the situation, and harden wasn't dominant as a rookie so there still is hope for lamb.

I wouldn't mind him much if he weren't being paid 8 million a year to do what DeJuan Blair does for the Spurs.

haven't had the chance to keep up with him ever since he got traded to OKC. But I firmly believe if he was playing in game 7 finals vs the lakers in 2009, they win the Championship. He had size and girth and is a banger down low and it was idiotic for the C's to get rid of him at that time.

Honestly as a Heat fan, I have no problem with Perkins (Kendrick) taking 8 million and being a starter. I have no problem with Presti (Sam) trading an All-Star in Harden (James). Everything goes my way and I am sure this year OKC will have trouble getting past a few teams. Harden was BIG against the Spurs, let's see how far OKC gets this year.

As an Orlando fan, Perkins used to frustrate the hell out of me during those Celtics/Magic playoff battles. But in all honesty, defending Dwight was about the best thing he's done with his career. As of now, he is overpaid crap and the Thunder need to look in other directions down low.

Nobody will, that's why they should've amnestied them. It must be brutal to be an OKC fan watching Harden blow up, and missing out on having a dynasty with the most productive perimeter trio of all time.
