lol.

I think it was just an overreaction. It happens to the best of us.

Not true.

I saw MJ struggled in many, many games. But he also had the fortune to play in HIS position and not have to play center. The Heat asks his players cover the wrong players. Ask why Bosh and Bird can play at the same time when Chandler is killing Bosh?

Create a miss match by making their bigs come out to Bosh, while playing big on defense.

I hear ya...

Here is what I saw this game...

Miami still is shook about playing NY. They needed some very questionable reffing that swayed everything their favor in the 4th to win. We still got there #. We know we can not only play with them, but beat them. Miami fans get shook too because they know the past how we have crapped on their teams in the playoffs when they were supposed to be "superior".

If the refs called that Tyson foul from LeBron, the two Melo and 1's and the foule on Felton for the And1, it would've been a different game. During games like this, it comes down to one or two possessions to decide the game. It could've gone either way...unlike the two times we Sandusky'd them earlier in the season. They just got the best of us today. If this is their way of "revenge", then I've got about as much fear from them as puppy growling at me.

Secondly, I truly believe you will see more KMart once he gets a little more acclimated. That would definitely help defensively...especially in crunch time. Which probably means less of the small ball at crunch time...

So enjoy your win Miami...We'll see you one more time then in the playoffs it's on.

Let's be honest, we probably won't see them in the ECF

Carmelo: 14 FTs
LeBron: 6 FTs

Knicks fans: Refs screwed us again! Why! Melo gets no respect while all the refs love LeBron!

Lebron Got Away with a ton of offensive fouls. And the play with the lob foul was bull. That should've been an offensive foul. Lebron Pushed him away.

Tbh that has little to do with the refs, LeBron hasn't been nearly as aggressive lately, I would like to see him put his head down and go hard to the rim a bit more often even if he gets a no-call here and there. That play on J.R. near the end where he just blew by him and got the layup, that's there all game long if he just goes quicker instead of holding the ball trying to survey the defense on every possession.

He was still great of course.

I recall similar crying last year. These bums are spiraling downward since that 18-5 start and are reduced to crying about refs and coulda/woulda/shoulda. They had some success against us in the RS last year. How did that work out come playoff time? I'm glad some of their fans feel confident about chucking in near 20 3s/game in a series. Hell, depending on how the seedings shake out, they should be concerned with getting out of the first round... for the first time since Clinton was in office. FOH.

It's a bit weird not seeing Amare at the end of games.... their coach doesn't adjust the playing time Amare should get, so he can play at the end. I knew when Amare was out, we'd have one less thing to worry about. What's funny is he can play about 30 mins, but was only given 21 mins or so lol. Oh well not my prob...

They got to be more aware of the 3pt shooters and with what Spo mentioned about the free throws. Birdman was messing with Amar'e.

Considering the fact that a significant portion of Tyson Chandler's impact on a game comes from his ability to foul with impunity on both ends of the floor without getting calls, its pretty precious to see Knicks fans complaining about the refs.

Chalm Down Bro wrote:We still gave up way too many open 3's though. This reminds me of the ECFs last year when Boston was giving us a hard time. Other teams have set the blueprint on how to beat the Knicks(Let Melo get his, stay home on shooters), we should do the same. Our trapping kills us against some teams and we need to adjust. Just like how Philly almost eliminated Boston last year by playing man defense, our trapping burned us when we played Boston in the ECFs.

Best post i've seen in a while. We can't always trap so hard

Btw Anderson with another great game. I can see he needs to work on his conditioning some more though, he was begging for oxygen at one point.

At this rate, we might end up seeing New York in the second round...they're only up 2.5 games over Atlanta. Hawks are 7-3 over their last 10, NY 4-6. They both replicate that for the next 10 games, and Atl passes them in the standings. NY might end up the 4th seed.

Though then again, I don't know that they beat Chicago in the 1st round if that's the 4/5 matchup, to be honest.
