That comment is so weak-minded and soft. He waits until his team is .500 to start talking. I don't remember him saying much when his former teammates dropped 113 on his squad in December. And his team is .500! A team of Kobe, Nash, and Gasol (half-season) can barely make the playoffs. D12 and "players no one else wanted" were good for 50+ wins and the playoffs every year. I wish we still had JJ and Big Baby available for that game. They'd lay wood on D12.

I hate Howard as much as most people here, but can anyone show me a team that would at that time take JRich, Q, Hedo, Arenas, Duhon, literally, for anything ? This was a team ful of players nobody wanted. I don`t think Howard meant Meer or JJ.

Part of his friggin problem is he thinks the NBA is a video game, and it is about name recognition. He is on a team of stars and that doesn't automatically mean win. I think I get what he is saying, and it's what some fans were saying at the end, which is we had players we could not trade...no one wanted our assets to get his friends here but he is a jackhole for his comment. At least i think because i am not giving him any airtime and watching that clip. Eff him.

Pretty interesting that 2 of those guys are on his team right now. Clark and Duhon should chop him in the shoulder for that.

Afflalo always comes to play against Kobe. And T12, Moe, Vooch all have a lot to prove. T12 should eat the corpse of Atawn Jamison up all game. I expect Jameer and our depth to be enough to pull out a win.

It's not like he's completely wrong. Only Ryno & JJ was of value, the rest of them we were hard pressed to find any takers. We sent Ryno for Ayon. Only player we got anything relatively valuable was JJ, but his value was only a mid to late first rounder. Maybe someone would've take Jameer. The rest you'd have to give away for free or include picks for people to take them.

To say that the team was full of players no one wanted is dumb. The thing is that it shows that his ego is so large that he does not think that he was part of the problem or was at fault for anything. If he would have improved his game after the 2009 season, and if he would have showed more loyalty and petition some of his allstar peers to join him here, and been more of leader instead of a being a punk and throwing everyone under the bus he wouldn't have had to leave and might have a title. With Dwight it's never his fault, ever. Its like when he went 3-14 at the FT line recently and he gushed about how good the form on his FT looked or when Farried dunked on his ass, the man he was supposed to be guarding and he quickly looks at the closest teammate and yells at him....

Thats why I am glad this clown and his yapping mouth are gone.
