I think that this may be my favorite thing going on TV. Now they've gone an added a ridiculously hot woman named Odette Annabelle to the cast so it's only going to get better!

Yeah, she's the tribe chief's daughter right?

That show is debased camp. It is unabashed about its use of t&a and violence to entertain. The plot is ridiculous. Much of the dialogue is also ridiculous. The characters... THE CHARACTERS ARE HILARIOUS!!!!! I can't look away.

The women are hot, the protagonist fscks up the bad guy that has it coming, it's like an hour long comic book movie, every frigging week. Yeah, I've seen every show. I think I might get my wife to watch it. We enjoy this sort of thing.

It is so incredibly (and shamelessly) over the top that I don't even know where to begin! You are right that its pretty much a weekly comic book movie chock full of sex, violence and vengeance.

I definitely would not want to live in that town.

I think Kai Proctor is an awesome place to start.

The subtext that is hinted is that he's very protective of the Amish community and holds that way of life as sacred. I think he just wants to make Banshee as unpleasant to live in as possible so his people will be left alone, but that's just my guess :)

The /r/banshee subreddit is not bad.

Oh ya, knew the name sounded familiar. She was on house for a little...with all the random nudity y'all say this show seems to have, does she get nude? So I can be a creepy guy and start watching?

but as I was saying earlier in this thread, I think someone like her or especially that girl from taken that's in californication now as the muse are WAY hotter than someone like Kate upton

Not that I would ever turn upton down, but by super hot girl Hollywood standards I just don't see how she stands a chance against these girls that are movie stars and tv stars....she's a pretty poor woman's version of Brooklyn decker to me

Cue rocketsballin with that pic of the ugly little kid judging hot women.... :(

Has anyone ever read Christopher Moore? He wrote lamb (think that's his most famous book and my favorite book) fool and a ton of other books....he's my favorite author

His stuff is dark/odd humor...not the deepest stuff but his books are the only ones I've ever laughed out loud reading. Anyone who likes coen bros movies or Wes Anderson movies and like to read I suggest him

I feel like they would portray his works amazingly (though differently)

Just for reference so y'all can decide if u trust my judgement, my other favorite authors are Kurt Vonnegut tom robbins and chuck palahnuik (even though a few of his books SUCK survivor is probably my third favorite book and he has a few other really good ones and that includes fight club)

Take that back don't think Wes could direct his books as movies other than maybe coyote blue
