I pretty much have to eat out for lunch every day at work. I live just barely too far from work to go home for lunch and I usually don't have time to make my lunches every night/week. I usually just get soup or salad for lunch and steer clear your typical fast food. My most common spots are Panera and Potbelly (they have really good soups and a decent salad). Anybody have any other suggestions for reasonably healthy fast food/casual dining places? I work near 94 by East Town in Madison so there are quite a few fast food options within driving distance from work.

Invest in a bench press for your home.. They are usually cheap and I hit it in the morning before work and then when I get back from hoops after work.

Not quite P90X, but I guess this could qualify as fitness... I decided to go to the park today and shoot hoops for the first time in (not hyperbole) 13 years. Quite rusty as you could expect. I was just out there shooting around by myself when a little kid yells from the other side of the court "What's that daddy?" "Big boy games," said the dad. As I make a free throw, I hear the kid yell "WOOOO!" I nailed another one and the kid went off like I just won the NBA title. The dad gathered him up and carried him away. It made my day.

PS. A guy who looked exactly like Adam Morrison walked past the court while I was shooting, made eye contact, and proceeded to walk past and whip out his kite. Flew it around for about 20 minutes.

Did a single tear roll down his cheek as he walked by?

Nah, he seemed quite content in his kite flying. Almost spitefully so.

Weird thing happened today. So I was going for a quick kite fly today, no more than 20 minutes, when I saw this guy shooting some free throws while some kid watched. I walked past him and he was staring at me(probably jealous of my sweet stache)... we made eye contact and he gave me this condescending, "Go fly your kite !@#$%" look at which point it was on. I then proceeded to spitefully fly my kite and show him up with my l33t kite $wag.

Depending on the calories in the burger, I'd guess what you have there is about 1700-2500 calories, which is an average daily intake. Soccer should burn that down no problem. It's just not a very diverse set of calories. Munch on some veggies and fruit to balance it out a bit

Yeah, Im not sure whats out there that is healthy. Maybe Noodles or Chipotle?

Everything around there that I can think of is either true fast food or a sit down chain restaurant.

EDIT: Fukkk I was beaten to it, and mine wasn't anywhere close to as funny.

No Adam Morrison doppelganger at the park today. Lots of good looking women though. I'll be making this a regular thing.

Did day 4 of p90x. Yoga was good - the ones I could do. The other exercises were just insane, and I couldn't even begin to do.

I should jump right into Yoga day to see how laughably bad at it I'd be.

This winter I managed to stick with a reasonable diet post-Holiday excess. It's not even a diet so much as I just opt for meals without bread when I can. I'm not avoiding cards, more so just not making an effort to eat 'em when they come in the form of pasta and bread. Same with sugar. It's amazing what happens when you ditch or limit those two items.
