Waited way too long with this bynum/Suckey combo....Knight coming back in and it's basically over. Hill is just as bad as Frank.

yeah Jerebko was the main key to our 3rd qtr run, and he hasn't been in the game since. :dontknow:

Since we went up by 10, Knicks answered with a 32-8 run and counting

This was a loss either way, but it was at least nice not to get blown out by 40

WTH were they thinking with that 3 guard set with freaking Will Bynum at point when we have Jose? They brought Knight back in with less than 3 minutes to go down 10 thanks to that crappy lineup, and JJ who keyed the 3rd quarter run didn't get back in until 2 minutes left. So stupid.

This was the most competitive we've been against the Knicks though so that's at least something. Better than getting beat up from the start and losing by 30.

this was good for the tank but im still worried about professional tankers like cleveland and others who will wisely rest their best players during the last 5-6 games of the season while the Pistons proudly win their last 5-6 games...

People shouldn't be surprised. That crap happens every single game. I've been saying all season long that Frank waits entirely too long to bring the starters back in and sometimes it's like we play 2 different teams. Brian Hill is not going to change things up for the one game that he is filling in. I'm just glad we secured this loss. Shabazz here we come :D

Even though we lost, good game tonight Pistons...My boy Knight and Jerebko played well...Knight needs to slow down, he could limit his turnovers if he takes his time and stop over-thinking...23-40 looks horrible!..

hell yes, Dre has the athletic ability to abuse everyone in the low post if he develops right, he already bust some spin moves that really surprise me. Its more the footwork than ability.

The thing that will determine the difference between the 2 is the jump shot. i think moose will eventually become consistent from range, but i think Dre has potential for farther range and is quicker to the rim after the pump fake than moose is. both easily 20 and 10. i think next year we'll see Dre play similar to what we are seeing from moose this year, as in clear development.

*Disclaimer: i believe Dre actually is a undercover good shooter, in that, the form is there but it just needs to be tweeked and he needs to get comfortable shooting. IMO he just looks like a raw highschool kid shooting a ball. There are times(minimal times) when he shoots a free throw where everything looks pure. When he hoisted those 2 three's i honestly didn't think the shot looked all too bad, as oppose to when Ben Wallace shot it, he clearly shouldn't take many of those type of feeling. Disclaimer:Disclaimer: i don't want Dre hoisting 3's.

This is truly a lot of optimism, but that's the thing about Dre , his ability and size, his ceiling is almost anything.

He's on a 30 minute restriction due to recurring injuries.

Somewhere, we decided to run ISOs and make bad decisions.

I have to say, missing Monroe and Dre, we didn't do too badly. Loss considered.

Let's also remember Melo, a top 3 scorer in the NBA was not playing.
