OT - need help with Toyota Center seating numbers

Hi guys, I'm not very familiar with the Toyota Center and was hoping someone could help me with seat numbering.

If you look at this seating chart

Can you tell me on say section 107 is seat #1 next to Sec 106 or Sec 108?

Conversely, for Sec 120, is seat #1 next to 121 or 119?

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Seat #1 in section 120 should be closer to section 119. The numbering should be arranged in ascending order arranged in a clockwise direction. I have never been to Toyota Center, but at least that's how it is in all the arenas and stadiums I've been to.
