Just read that PED Feijao is scheduled to fight Thiago 'the masking agent' Silva at an upcoming ufc.

Meanwhile, marijuana or grappling gets you fired. :)

I just like having things at the elite level of sports decided by merit, and not anything else. For me a lot of the excitement is seeing who is the best. I don't want to see the best fighters, boring or not, barred from the UFC and thus not getting to face top competition. Now that's just my preference, I'm not trying to say it's objectively the best view or anything.

Excited to see Iturralde in the same bracket as Bendo. Also just saw Medio-Heavy Brown's bracket... Not sure if Reddzone knows Steve or not?

Yea IDK him personally but he was at 360 this weekend for Brasa training and I've heard a lot. Am I reading it right? Keenan's bracket? Awesome.

Also is lightweight 168? And is this weighing in with the gi? How the hell is Bendo going to do that? I have no idea how that dude competes at the same weigh as me with those freakin' tree trunk legs. I think its awesome he still puts himself out there like that even as ufc champ. Surprised the ufc is cool with it before a fight.

You going to Chicago Open this weekend?

"Do you realize how stupid you look, Belcher? You sat with Wallace Doucheberry in the back of the Phantom making these big, stupid bets. It's pointless. April 27, UFC 159, you're getting knocked out. You know it, I know it, we all know it. So take your Phantom and keep it, Gilberry, you're gonna need it when you're broke and your NFL career is dried up and none of your 'yes men' pick up the phone anymore. You'll need that car to go sell it, because you're gonna be on food stamps pretty soon, I'm sure."

Then he called him "The Talentless". LOLOLOL.

He needs to do a morning radio show with Sonnen. They can just troll people all day.

Very excited for this fight now with both guys talking about easy KOs. I've never been wowed by Belcher... sure, he's violent and all offense, but he's limited and his level of comp isn't great. He's one of the most overrated fighters on the web, IMO.

The only way Bisping gets a KO is if he knocks him out with an illegal knee first. Pitter patter.

Agree about Belcher though.

Sweet. I know I'm a douche for caring about this, but Lloyd released the last kumite episode today.

Bisping is joining Fuel for the next EIGHT years as an analyst... alongside Chael Sonnen. Should be good. Say what you want about Bisping, but I think he'll be solid in this role.

^^^ BTW, why do these guys even sign up for that while active? It's to establish themselves before retirement, when they might be forgotten? How much money can they possibly make a TV gig on Fuel when it demands they 2-3 times a month disrupt their training to travel to Vegas (Vegas, I assume)?

I do love it. I wish I had better access via torrents. Not everything is uploaded, specially not post-fights.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

They might be banking on the long term mainstream success of the sport opening up other avenues for them post-fighting. Guys like Bisping and Chael have the look. Too simple though, probably.

there are only going to be so many TV gigs available. especially choice ones on the fox family. I'd rather lock that **** up ASAP if I had an inkling I liked it and could make dough that way.

Misread the 8 year bit... here's the quote:

"I just left my manager's office and I just signed the contract. I'll be a regularly featured analyst on FUEL TV. There's a lot of down time in between fights, so this allows me to be productive. I had a really great time last week and the producers liked me, so they offered me a contract. I think the next time I'm due back is in three or four weeks. I'm not sure how often I'll be on, but it should be pretty regularly, because I'm close to L.A. This does not mean any interference with my fighting career. I've still got a lot of time left in me. I just turned 34 last week, and I see myself going for another eight years, until I'm 42."

Bisping is a great addition.
He's good looking, he's smart, he's funny, expressive, and he's a brit, which will help for expansion into the euro markets.

Seems very natural. I imagine a striker like him only has 3 years at the most left despite what he says.
