rubio is starting to get his game back. he's been looking pretty good the past few weeks. i cant wait to watch him play once the twolves ever get everyone healthy at the same time. from a fan's perspective, i really hope we can just see one year of rubio, love, pek and ak47 (with a shooting guard, not ridnour or barea or roy). that team needs to play 82 games together, just so we have some film of, what could be, a massively entertaining team.

he has 14, 5, 8 and 5 steals heading into 3rd, and pretty much having to do everything on both ends of the floor.

Kobe's performance was pretty spectacular though during that comeback. It was worthy of an applause.

A follow-up to me hyping up Greivis Vasquez a couple of months ago:

He's on his way on becoming the third player in league history to lead his team in assists during every game of the regular season. Vasquez would join Kidd and Stockton on that short list. Impressive company for him...

He deserves some notoriety. It's nice to see him taking advantage of his opportunity to start when coming into the league it appeared as if he was on the bubble of becoming an overseas player.

I didn't know anybody could do that. That's pretty impressive.

I really hope this doesn't happen. I want Detroit to stay in the tank.

If Calderon walks and Detroit signs Mayo (to what will likely be a Ben Gordon-type contract for a Ben-Gordon-type player), I wouldn't mind that at all.

Have you seen the Mavs this year? Signing O.J. Mayo alone wouldn't take the Pistons out of the lottery. Maybe if they make a coaching change and if Drummond so happens to convert his less than 20 minutes per game into his breakthrough per 36 stats.

Don't worry. Charlotte will stay in the tank enough for that top 3 pick you want

If I was a Detroit fan Id be conflicted over a Mayo signing. Hes going to get a good amount of money this off season, but if they get him they almost have to play Knight at PG, and Im not sure him and Mayo mesh well together, at all. Also its rather amusing to see Mayo breakout during his contract year. Im sure Dumars doesn't want to make another mistake like he did with Gordon giving him big money. The wildcard for Detroit is this years draft. If they can land a SF of the future like say an Otto Porter than they could be deadly in a couple years to come. Either way they are 2-3 years away from being legit and that pick could be golden.

I'm really beginning to dislike DeMarcus Cousins. I used to like him a lot for his skill set as a big man but he's just a poor morale. I just seen him pick a fight with Mike Dunleavy Jr. for boxing him out and continue to throw a elbow into the back of the guy's head on the very next play that lead to an ejection. I just went from with to against that possible trade for him this offseason.

DeAndre Jordan look like he piledrived Brandon Knight off the ropes on that dunk!

It was a great dunk, but it shouldn't dethrone the Clowney hit on ESPN.

knight was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. at least he didn't run away from contesting it. maybe i'm delusional but MKG's dunk on monroe is more lethal IMO.

edit: actually, looks like on the bounce after going through the net, the ball comes back up and hits knight on the back of the neck. that's pretty unkind.
