We had a few slap-happy trolls here that I got suckered into too... 8-)

I just keep coming back to what would have happened to me at the parks I grew up playing at if I pulled some **** like that... We didn't have a whole lot of rules, but the ones we did were enforced quite energetically.

I am hoping worse case scenario Kobe takes 2 games off. I feel Nash can really show his stuff and hold the fort. Might have to change the style of play a little bit. Nash, Dwight, Jamison, and Meeks can lock it down.

But the main thing is even if Kobe does sit out a few games we still got nash as a floor general.

The Lakers will be fine. I think Kobe comes back and plays the next game.

yeah it blows my mind that people dont think its dirty.

i mean anyone who has played any sport knows theres certain things you dont do, in basketball this is one of them and is technically a foul/against the rules as well. kind of felt like the people arguing against it had just never played sports or just disliked kobe. probably more of the latter.

to me its like slide tackling with your cleats showing. you never ever do that **** in soccer. ever.

Lakers tired from back to back and being on the road. When Nash shoots 4/14 and kobe goes 11/33 it is just one of those freak bad shooting games.

How could have they been tired from the FT shooting Fest of the previous game??

My sentiments exactly - when do you see Nash miss two layups, then Kobe do the same? Dwight was nowhere to be found on either end. Still, hurts to lose to a Hawks team missing two starters, and GSW and HOU both won.

Hoping that we pull it together ove the next couple games and Kobe doesn;t come back too fast on a bad wheel. Dwight has to step up here and fi we can get Gasol back he and Nash shoud be able to give us some offense.

one good thing in this game - Metta getting to the rim and playing solid D
