Looks like to me he's been consistently missing "leg day" at the gym. That's where he needs to bulk up, he gets pushed around the post like a rag doll.

not really. cody has unusually large calves. like, they're disproportionately large. he could use more work strengthening his core though.

Seen a ton of his games. He's got a long way to go to be ready to make any impact at the next level. He got absolutely manhandled by that dude on Minnesota. He'll have to get used to that if he's gonna' play in the Bigs. But he's young, so he s got time to develop. He's got some tools, but I've not been overly impressed so far. He's a good college player on one of the best teams in the country, so that's gotta' be worth something.

I was shocked some mock drafts had him as high as number 1, glad people are finally seeing he ain't THAT good. I think anything between 10-20 would be a good spot for him.

He has skill but his build his slight. People in this thread arguing that he isn't are being absurd. Why is it Indiana always loses to teams that get super physical with them in the post? Why does Zeller disappear in said games? Is this going to get any better in the NBA?

Yes really and no, he doesn't. I have unusually large calves, ain't worth chit if they ain't muscular.

I think Cody should go in the middle of the lotto (he's 7 on my board as of now, but I think I'm more likely to drop him down than move him up).

My biggest concern is that his wing-span is TERRIBLE, which usually means "passable" is the ceiling on defense.

But, he's a sophomore who is arguably the best player on arguably the best team in the country... which is hard to ignore.
