You suckers with your protein drinks. I get my protein from my food. I choose carefully what to eat and if i need protein, ill eat steak which carries a lot of creatine.

Then again i'm not a weight lifter. I can bench 200, but I mostly stick to running. I can beat any of you chumps in any distance with the exception of maybe the 100 meter dash.

Happy St. Paddy's day, the saint of engineering.

Challenge accepted. Set it up. I'll even let you choose the distance and setting.

Such a sad story, The Cool Lupe is back, hopefully his album sounds a bit like this.

Just like Doc will be Dcash. GeK will GK.

RamomsLakers will be RamonsLakers HAHAHAHAH

Sucks that dude is stuck with that name for while LOL :D

They won't let me be just GK or else I would be.

But Gek sounds so much better. It sounds like the combination of Geek and Tech.

GOD=KOBE
G=K
Gek... e = "=" so I guess technically it's Geek (although I imagine it as a short e)

I want GK.

His voice sounds different. :-?

Really a terrible story though. You always think damn this thing should be the last straw that broke the camel's back but the madness keeps going on in Chicago.

Dude, don't do it unless you have really nice arms.

I plan on getting this done when I add good definition into my arms.

That was my plan and I'm starting to get there, hence why I asked. I'm shooting for end of the summer likely.

I always like to think if you're going to get a tattoo, it has to be something that you will look back on 10-20 years from now and still not only like, but not think it was stupid to get.

I have a tattoo across less than half my forearm. I wanted to get a half or full sleeve but decided to wait till I get a good job before I tat up my whole arm.

You don't need nice arms to get a tattoo, unless you plan on bulking up considerably.

If you get nice arms, it gives you more quality canvas to work with.

I agree with this. If I get one, I would prefer a good looking half sleeve also because I think then you get a little more artistic expression in it and requires less meaning compared to a singular, spot tattoo.

I'm fine muscle wise (at least where I want to be - not big on the body building look). I'm just trying to drop another 2-3% body fat and will have to wait a little bit for the any extra skin to go away. I'm switching over to running when the weather gets nice and that should take care of that.

It depends entirely on what you want to get tattoo'd. Also depends how big your arms already are. Some peiple just need definition and not bulk.

Also the "size" of the canvas has absolutely nothing to do with how quality a tattoo is.
