At this point, I would seriously consider picking up a Webster jersey. I love his approach to the game and the way he handles himself. I understand this is a contract year for him, but I truly believe this is the "real" him. I want him back.

In fact, I would even make him the team captain.

Beal has looked really solid in his first game back, he contributes in so many ways.

I guess John is not gonna play at all this quarter. Feels like Temple has played all game, poor guy.

That is the most important point.

Martell is a good player, but be careful of putting your hopes and dreams on a player in a contract year.

Martell Webster is what we hoped Mike Miller would be.

How hard is it from some of you to get your head around the fact that we are a good 3 pt shooting team.

That's a good point. Miller was just injury-prone and past his prime. Webster has never really had a prime. Miller was a better all-around player back in the day but Martell has really taken advantage of being a very good spot-up shooter and excellent run-jump athete.

Webster is only 26. He is still young himself.

Wow.

Kevin taking it strong to the basket for the attempted dunk. That looked so strong I though it was Booker.

It wasn't that way earlier in the year without Wall finding these guys and with Beal struggling. Now even Temple is making 3s. Beal and Webster are the only consistent guys but Martin when he plays and Price and Ariza are decent.

I know he's young age-wise but has played since he was 18. Maybe he's a late bloomer.

Webster has to be resigned, he is a perfect fit and a class act. Wall has finally learned how to slow the game down and pick his spots. His jumper also looks improved.

And the team is now winning even with some injuries.

No Trevor A or Price.

They won without Beal, Price, etc.

They can get by with some injuries now that they are starting to gel. Still not established enough to deal with something like Nene and Okafor going out but how many teams can get by without both their starting post players.

The team is clearly coming together and growing.

Now you are starting to see some player develop. It just wasn't going to happen when they were way to young and rudderless. Adding those vets really helped the younger players and now they are being part of the stability. That what you want. The knowledge has to get transferred to the younger player. Then you have something to grow.

We look like the Rockets out there.

Wall/Beal/Webster vs Harden/Lin/Parsons.

I'm trying to keep cool about this but it's four games in a row of ridiculous numbers put up by Wall. He looked absolutely dominant in stretches tonight. Really controlled the game. The jumper looks butter. This is the Wall I thought we were getting when we drafted him.

Yeah but its not like he played big minutes in Portland, he was injured a whole year there too. In Minnesota he also didn't play starter's minutes.

He definitely is healthy this year and you see the difference.

We are now 18-14 with Wall in the lineup.

Now that Wall can shoot the Wizards are good.

Wall has been miraculously better the last 5 games. Even more dramatically improved than Beal from December to January.

I think Webster has been a fantastic addition and he must be paid to stay. Temple is our Thabo Sefolosha, rock solid in his role. Beal came back looking like a veteran. Booker is playing like healthy Booker. Seraphin is starting to play with a lot of intensity.

The only hurdle for the Wizards now is to overcome teams with dynamic frontcourt players.

Wall looks like he's all world good all of a sudden.
