I have to say that Celtics fans are worse than knicks fans. At least with knicks fans, you know they are crazy. Celtics fans attempt to mask themselves with sanity, but are far from it.

Re: Celtics not impressed with Miami's winning streak..
Hi all. Cs fan here, just want to clear the air on a few things:
1. 99.9% of Celtics fans do not want Lebron to get injured.
2. 99.9% of Celtics fans realize that our team is nowhere near the Heat in terms of talent. Many of us think we are the biggest threat to you in the East, and many think there’s a chance we could pull an upset in a series, but most will admit our team probably can’t beat yours in a seven game series.
3. Celtics fans do tend to blame the refs A LOT. I’ve noticed this ever since Game 2 of last year’s ECF. That game was very poorly officiated in favor of the Heat but ever since then I think the officiating has been fairly even. Sometimes they miss calls on both sides which end up cancelling each other out. Either way Cs fans should probably not keep blaming the refs every game.
4. Celtics fans are frustrated because we are constantly getting injured. And it’s never just one or two injuries, but four or more at a time. In 2011, it was Rondo who was out with his elbow, though we would have not won that series anyways. In 2012, we had Pierce, Allen, Bradley, Green, Wilcox, and Steamsma who were all injured during the Heat series. Granted you guys had the Bosh injury but I think we would have won that series if some of our players were healthy. This year our best power forward and all star point guard are already out for the season. Very frustrating. It would have been great to have multiple series between the teams with each team at full strength, but that doesn’t seem to be in the cards.
5. That last game was tough because it was ours for the taking. We controlled most of the game and let it go. It would have been sweet to beat you guys without Rondo and KG and obviously I would have liked the win, but at the end of the day it wouldn’t have done much for our playoff standing anyways. A win could have led to overconfidence in some of our younger players so a loss was probably the best thing for us anyways.
6. All big market team sports fans are obnoxious.
Anyways, good luck with your winning streak. I guarantee you will be seeing us again in the playoffs and don’t underestimate us because we will give you a run for your money (that is, barring any other season ending injuries on our end).

Re: Celtics not impressed with Miami's winning streak..
that percentage is a lot lower, I have seen a lot of C fans wanting to see our players injured.
this is like the 3rd time I'm saying this but KARMA IS A BIATCH. Becareful what you freakin' wish for.
yeah yeah every year we hear "WE GONNA GIVE YOU A RUN FOR YOUR MONEY IN THE PLAYOFFS! WE BARELY HAD OUR KEY PLAYERS OUT THERE!". You are injured every damn year, it's the same story with the same result. This year doesn't make it any different IMO. You'll need Rondo against the Heat in a 7 game series in the playoffs. He gives us more trouble than anything.

I spend a lot of time on the Celtics forum and have only ever seen two people wish injury on Lebron, and they were immediately called out by like 10 other people each time. Maybe you hear about it a lot from other people, as opposed to actually seeing it a lot?
I'm sure you hear "we are going to give you a run for your money" a lot. Except that we actually did give you a run for your money last year in the playoffs, so my claim isn't really that outlandish.
Are you seriously suggesting that Celtics players get injured because their fans suppposedly wish injury on other teams? I have never heard that one before. Did no Heat poster ever wish injury on another team's player (before Lebron)? It sucks to have a team that is constantly getting injured. You should feel very fortunate that the key Heat players seem to never get injured.
BTW, I'm not making excuses, or saying that I think the Celtics are better than the Heat at full strength or anything like that. I just wish I could have seen multiple playoff series between the Celtics and the Heat with both teams at full strength, it would have been much more entertaining.

Ok so we now know Celtics as at least 1 classy fan on RealGM, good job nic.
Wish you luck against the Knicks in the first round, their fans are actually worse.
