not that its relevant, PGs don't win championships on their own, we have real holes to fill

Those are Westbrook/Utah Deron Williams-like numbers. Let's not jump the gun here. I love Kemba but those numbers are top 5 PG-worthy.

he already averages 18/3.5/6 per 36 as a sophomore

all he has to do is get a bit more respect from refs, develop a bit more in the offseason with Dunlap and get up to 38mpg he's really not that far off now. i can't imagine he'd just stop improving now with his obvious work ethic

Kemba could average 22 points a game... on a usage of like 35 percent. I'd much, much rather see his efficiency increase substantially that his scoring output. He's scoring plenty of points already. Parker, Paul, Irving, Lawson, Curry, Williams--these guys can score often and efficiently, that's what separates them.
Humble yourself.

Might sound wierd to say this, but in order for his efficiency to rise we first need to secure a couple post threats and teach our guys to play better off-ball. The number of times that Kemba gets doubled because a lack of off ball movement is horrid. Furthermore, without a reliable post option teams force us to take harder shots and easily negate our drives. A post threat would give us better ball movement, shot selection, and allow for more "easy" points off of backdoor cuts and such.... Kemba is scoring remarkably efficiently when you consider that no big on the team shoots above 43%....

thru 13 games in march kemba is shooting 36.7% and only 20.0% from 3pt (55 attempts). i think kemba might have hit the wall. he needs a rest. this is by far his worst month of the season.

Yep. Last season was only four months long and Kemba fell off this month- the 5th month of the season. Wish Sessions was here to take a few of Kemba's minutes right now. I don't necessarily want Pargo playing 20 minutes.

Much respect to you Combo, I tried to tell you we shouldn't bet!

It will be nothing derogatory to you or the Pistons I assure you, and I also am a man of my word.

How about a vote thread?

Nothing inflammatory or derogatory allowed.

Bobcats Nation can decide, we may as well make an event of this, legitimate sig bets are rare.

Amcoolio's location still makes me laugh to this day.

Kemba freaking Walker.

Best Bobcats PG in history? (Coming from a guy who owns a Felton jersey)

He is.

Not even close. What a stud. I like his chances of being an all-star someday if we EVER get a good big man.

Borderline top ten PG?

Better than Brandon Jennings by far imo.

Parker
Paul
Westbrook
Rose (inj)
Rondo (inj)
Curry
Holiday
Lawson
Wall
Lillard

Kemba

I think Kemba should be higher than Lillard as the fact that Lillard plays on a very good team gets overlooked- Matthews/Batum/Aldridge/Hickson equals you can tell the FO is tanking.

Kemba/Henderson/Gilchrist/Mullens/Biyombo

It was about Adam Morrison in the rookie thread on the general board that year. Much like there is a slurping of Lillard and Drummond in the thread this year, it was all Bargnani, all the time back then.

How about a sig that's simple like "I bet against Kemba Walker and lost"

that way it doesn't look like he's trying to diss his own team, kemba gets some props, and no one is offended?

Perfect JT.

That is what is shall be.

In the location if it fits so he can still have a sig if he wants? If not unfortunately it will be the sig.
