Notes:
1. ESPN categorizes some players on Fats' list as SF or PG. Paul George, for instance is the #11 SF by PER. Monta Ellis is the #26 PG. The SF or PG rank was inserted where applicable.
2.Tyreke Evans, according to PER, may be better than we all think (except to those who think PER is bunk). His 18.73 PER ranks him 9th on the PG list, essentially tied with Kemba, but would have him as the 5th best SG. The other big surprise to me was how well Gordan Hayward ranked.
Vince Carter, JJ Reddick and Louis Williams all look pretty good, based on PER.
3. Defense oriented players such as Sefalosha, and especially Avery Bradley, don't show as well, despite PER supposedly accounting for Defense. Bradley in particular - wow. He ranked 68th among PGs and 52 as a SG.
4. Austin Rivers. Yikes.
5. Hendo's a top 15 shooting guard?
