We didn't agree on the future protections on the pick. I didn't agree on the fact that the pick goes to the Cavs because I thought it was a lottery pick no matter what the case. I didn't know that the Kings position in the draft will be re-evaluated. I'm not going to just let that pick go to the Cavs. I wouldn't do this deal without a lottery pick. I wouldn't take on Chuck Hayes contract either if I'm not getting a lottery pick.

Now i understand that if a player like Carmelo Anthony gets traded to a team like the Kings, it is no longer a lottery pick. I didn't know that earlier because I was a beginner. I thought the draft is based on this years actual draft.

This is crap. Your making it sound like I cheated. You get the pick if it's 1-13. You new the protection on the pick, as you were the one who posted about it. I have all the emails of us discussing the trade over and over. There is a timeframe posted in the sign ups with rules. You agreed to those rules. I don't understand what your trying to do but this trade is not getting cancelled. This isn't my first pony ride. This is like my 15 game. We both agreed to a deal, and everyone knew what was going on. You posted, I accepted, you reposted, yourself, with the protection of the pick. And I re accepted, after you told me to re accept. I'm failing to understand what you "didn't know". A deal is a deal, and it was posted and approved. I'm seriously really pissed off right now, especially cuz I'm being called out.

Please keep the discussion in the discussion thread.

As for my ruling, you both accepted and I approved therefore unless you guys agree to restructure the deal this deal is approved.

SF Jared Dudley ($4,250,000)
PF Kenneth Faried ($1,311,240)
2015 DEN 1st (Lotto protected)
Total Salary: $10,024,929

$10,024,929 + 5 = $15,024,929 > $14,598,818

Nuggets accept.

It's tough parting ways with that many assets, but we get a franchise player in Kyrie Irving.

CLE accepts. I had so many fantastic offers for Kyrie from pretty much every team, but this one won it for me. It worked out nicely as I was thinking earlier today that a good trade package would be Lawson and Faried. Good dealing. BTW Karma, I'll have my roster updated soon, but am having internet problems in my hotel room, so I might not be able to until tomorrow my time (morning EST). Also sorry to the guy I f**ked over by stealing Faried XD.

Total = $19,899,795

Plus 2013 BRK 2nd & 2013 Mempis 1st (protections detailed here: http://basketball.realgm.com/nba/draft/ ... s/detailed)

San Antonio sends:
Manu Ginobili -$14,107,492

Nando De Colo -$1,400,000
Patty Mills - $1,085,120
Manu Ginobili -$14,107,492
Total = $23,356,657

Works easily within all rules (150%, 125%, <$5m)

We accept. Love that we can reunite the old Spurs big 3. Prince is a fantastic player to come off the bench for us with more winning experience - and he's shown solid performances for Memphis. The rest just re-balances my bench.

Good dealing moss.

Spurs accept. Kevin Martin is a bit younger to go with our team, Budinger is a player I really like who can shoot the 3, drive the lane a bit, and has improved his defense, Ridnour is a steady backup PG, and we add a solid asset with the 1st round pick. It'll be nice to see my Wolves win a title GM'd by Luke as well. :wink:

Total = 13,484,517 x1.25 = 16,855,646

Jarvis Varnado - 217,301
Terrel Harris - 473,604
Total = 15,776,605

Well, we gave in and decided to sell high on our favorite Buck... BUT! We bring in a superstar, one that played his college basketball in our arena, Dwyane Wade. As good as Sanders may be, he is no star, and Wade has proven that he is a top player in the league. Good dealing, MIA.

I love love love Sanders. His blocking/defensive ability is incredible and he can only get better. I also like getting Mbah a Moute, a stretch forward and a great defender in his own right. Samuel Dalembert is also a serviceable center.

Confirm. Deron is still an all-NBA point guard, despite having a rough season. He will pair nicely with Drummond. I also get a nice big in Blatche and I get out of Stuckey's contract this off-season.

Mayo is a better fit than Knight for my team. We wish Jerry Stackhouse the best of luck.

We appreciated what Mayo brought to the team. We worry about Mayo in the open market this summer and we desperately needed a starting caliber PG that was fairly young and could come in and start immediately for us and for many more years to come, Knight is that player. We welcome back a familiar face in Stackhouse who should provide some leadership.

Great dealing Detroit.

Total: $28,208,847 (125% rule = 36,261,059)

Los Angeles Clippers in:

Derrick Rose $16,402,552
Carlos Boozer $15,000,000
Jimmy Butler $1,066,920
Daequan Cook $512,633
2013 Bulls 2nd round pick
Total: $32,982,105

Deal works easily.

Moving Rose is tough and pretty hard to sell to the fans, but we are getting Chris Paul back while also turning Boozer's contract into an expiring contract in Odom. Odom, while worse offensively, will be a huge upgrade defensively and on the boards. Also, swapping the young talent Butler for a win-now player in Barnes is helping, as well as getting another 3pt shooter in Green. Cutting the salary was important in order to keep the 2014 plan alive, in which a max salary slot would be open for a possible marque free agent. We also believe that Chris Paul will happily take the max offer from us in the offseason.

Tough decision moving Chris Paul as there were very serious talks among the Lakers and Golden State but we eventually decided to send Chris to Chicago in exchange for Derrick Rose who we feel ultimately fits in w/ our longer term youth whereas Paul is closer to the age of the Chicago guys. Rose and Blake should make us a force for years to come.

Great trading w/ you Chi-town.

Wiz accept. I move Beal & bad contracts for expirings & two players I really like. Excited to have Big AL next to Nene and Hayward next to Thabo. Enjoy your youth movement Ice! MKG ,Favors, & Beal are a nice fit.

Confirmed. Ariza/Okafor can defend but the real prize here is obviously Beal. Since Wall has come back, Beal has been showing why he was such a high pick. Beal/MKG/Favors is a pretty solid young core.

Iggy didn't fit in our long term plan, so we deal him to a team that can actually use him. We love Waiters' game long term with the Kyrie Irving, and glad we could bring the future that much brighter in Denver.

Giving up Waiters was really tough, but getting Iggy was too good to pass up. With Tony Allen and Iguodala on the wing, opposing swingmen will literally cry. Good dealing.

Nash is a HOFer, but he's just not a good fit for the current Lakers. We love Thomas next to Kobe's game and Patterson is a nice young big. Salaries work.

Gotta love a deal where you get the best player (Nash) and dump the worst contract (Outlaw). I love IT and didn't want to part with him, but this is too good to pass up. Jamison ball's when he get minutes as well and Morris started for a while in LAL. Carmelo needs a pass first PG to get him the rock and let him do his work. Nash isn't perfect and not what he once was but, he is an upgrade and still a great PG an leader. Something Sacto hasn't had in a long time
