Weird Isn't it? This seems like the worst draft of all time. I've never been so unimpressed with every draft prospect. I will say though, whenever everyone says a draft is going to suck it's good. So i guess we'll have to hope for that lol.

Time for me to force myself to once again to sit here and watch the suck that is MCW.

We should play a drinking game every time he passes the ball to baby beasley when there looks like pressure, or take a shot every time he refuses to even attempt to penetrate within a foot of the 3pt line. Sideways basic passes from 30ft away FTW...

I'm going to say it once again, Nerlens Noel looks like the ONLY role player (of a draft filled top to bottom with role players) that shows the potential to singlehandedly impact a game. That is why i take Noel #1.

If a deal is there then i trade down and try to get either McCullom/Burke and a Big if it's possible. Only way that happens if a team really wants a guy in the top 3, just have to leave it in Hennigan's capable hands. He'll come up with something and i'm sure whatever it is will be in our best interest. Already shown he can make the tough decisions, long gone are the days where we are giving away 2 second round picks for a stiff anymore. You can tell Hennigan and his staff take this ish serioulsy

The more I think about it, the more Noel makes sense. You know Hennigan is circling Wiggins or Parker as the targets for 2014, with one of the PG's as backup plans. It may make the most sense to lock up that PF position if he thinks Vuc is a piece he wants to keep around. Positions aside, a great pg isn't going to be needed with an improved Vuc (scoring and rebounding), defense from Noel and Harkless, and scoring from Harris and Wiggins/Parker. Hell, it's not like we can't sign a max/near-max PG with our cap-space. Imagine:

PG: Rondo or Wall
SG: Moe
SF: Wiggins w/ Harris as a 30mpg sixth man
PF: Noel w/ Nicholson off the bench
C: Vuc w/ vet defensive big off the bench

If we miss out on Wiggins and Parker, we could go with:

PG: Kasey Hill
SG: Moe
SF: Harris
PF: Noel
C: Vuc

And that's not including any free agents we can bring in with our cap space in the future. I don't mind either lineup.

If MCW cant fake his way into looking good against MONTANA, then he needs to just give this whole basketball thing up. Will Cherry and Kareem "The Dream" Jamar are gonna pull his panties down...

We have two 1st's in 2014 I'd be all over the Harrison's if we missed on Wiggins and Parker.

how is Kasey Hill better than Andrew Harrison? In my eyes they are more or less equal just somewhat different skillsets. Harrison is a big guard with athleticism, Kasey has got that speed for sure and i would say he's more of a playmaker. Both of those guys at one point or another was/is dubbed "best PG in his class" it's all about preference to me. If we miss out on Wiggins and Parker then it's Harrison or Gordon for me

I don't see the quickness/athleticism from Harrison to make me believe he can actually play PG in today's NBA. We'll definitely see next year though.

BTW, how much would it suck if Smart, Noel, and Bennett all decided to stay another year? I still like McLemore but I would be very concerned with Porter because of Moe and Harris.

I was just semi-messing around and being a homer (Hill committed to Florida). But, I've been to a high school game of Hill's and an AAU game of his. He plays the point guard position extremely well. I've never seen Andrew Harrison play besides the youtube clips, but I'd say Hill is more athletic than Harrison. Hill is quick, has extremely refined handle, can get his own bucket (jump shot or penetration), has deceptively nice ups, and yes, he has great court vision. Only thing that holds him back at the NBA level is his height, but Hill just seems like a far more exciting player. His handle is just fun to watch. And I enjoy how he knows when to get his teammates involved and when to score.

I really don't have a strong opinion about Hill or Harrison, but I really like Hill's game and he's a Central Florida kid. I'm sure if we're looking for a PG in 2014, Hennigan will pick the best one. And, there's also the likelihood that Hill isn't one-and-done. He'll more than likely be coming off of the bench next year. I don't think he'll get a lot of minutes his freshman year at Florida, playing behind Scottie Wilbekin and possibly even Braxton Ogbueze.

This is Oladipo with former NFL'er Antwaan Randle El...who measured at exactly 70 inches (5-10) at the NFL combine. We all see how little Jameer Nelson looks on court, Nelson measured at 5-11 barefoot.

At least porter is still in the tournament. I like the fact that he is such a complete player.

I do like Porter but how are we going to find time for Harkless, Porter, Harris, Nicholson, BBD, and Afflalo (by mixing Moe, Porter, Harris between the 2/3/4 positions)?

They're fools if they decide to stay. Not because staying and developing is bad, but because next year class might be really good. They might be out of the top 10 if they stay.
