Beasley & Johnson will want to stick it to their old team once again. You guys should win.

“@paulcoro: O'Neal is out and Dudley is doubtful for tonight's #SunsVsWolves. Both have flulike symptoms. Scola will start at center.”

How about keeping this kind of garbage out of the game thread. There are other threads for these kinds of posts.

So kiddo, you come to the game thread to root for the team to lose? Why not go to the T'Wolves board and root with them for the Suns to lose?

They're probably rooting against their own team at this point. Maybe everyone should swap boards!

So no Gortat, O'Neal and Dudley... Scola, Haddadi and Morris twins inside and we can consider Beasley as SF/PF. What a match-up, our inside game in this one will get ass-kicked and the "bigs" with quick 2 fouls in the game, not suprised on the score. So glad we don't play Miami..

I've been to a few games here in Minny, and the fans aren't like that at the games. :o

I have the Wolves feed and the commentators were saying that Morris should have been whistled for a flagrant foul. Have they ever gone up for a layup before? :o

Yeah that was ridiculous, there was no malice or intent in that at all.

My understanding is that we are focusing 100% on D in practice, so I kinda understand that our offense would stink. But how can our D be this freaking bad if it's all we practice?

Energy is down and the guys just look lost. Wolves could put up 150 on us the way things are going.

Geez we are being abused tonight, granted we are playing a ridiculous lineup with several players out, but still, this is horrible.

So he never lifted his knee up when going for a layup? Or was he purposely trying to injure any player nearby when he did?

Ok, now the dumb commentator says Brown should be arrested for the contact he was allowed to get away with, then Rubio rams into our guy, and he says it was good defense.

He probably did, and was called for a foul. Pretty simple concept. Just like Karl Malone used to do and get called for fouls.

Way to make something out of a tongue in cheek comment.

Morris, Beasley and Scola are three of the worst defensive players in the league. I havnt watch much of this game because of the NCAA tourny, but our defensive break downs frequently come from one of those guys failing to rotate, failing to close out on a shooter or just being caught wandering aimlessly away from their man.

And even though I have little regard for our coaching, its hard to him to punish on of those players for their pathetic defensive play, because whoever he subs in does just as bad... except Beasley I guess, who takes lack of awareness and effort on D to a level of art.
