Yes...screw the tank for one night. Wall was awesome, and the Wiz kick the Fakers asses in front of that fake fanbase.

The Lakers have no timeouts, why not simply pass it to a Lakers player?

Simply roll the ball onto the court.

Anyone notice how much better Wall has been on the p&r lately? Almost with surgical precision at times. It looks like the light has really turned on for him.

The most remarkable thing is how good Wall is at manipulating help defenders.

I love how often you see him force defenders to commit only to make the right decision to find the open player.

No Beal, No Price, No Okafor against Kobe and Gasol. Wow. Might be best win of the year.

Definitely, Dat.

Is anyone here good at analyzing the Xs and Os? Are defenses playing him differently since he started hitting jumpshots, or is he just moving to better spots and making better decisions?

Wall and Trevor send their love.

What a game.

18 down.

No Okafor or Beal and on the road.

Visions of what a Wizards squad with a superstar John Wall could look like.

I think NBA scouts are definitely telling their teams not to give John as much space as before. Keep in mind, prior to this streak for Wall, defenses were told to GIVE him the mid-range jumper.

Just by hitting a few (let alone hitting a crapload of shots over a stretch), he's going to attract the defense which is going to open up the roll-man on the P&R.

It's what everyone on this board, and NBA fans in general, have been saying for quite some time -- John Wall with a jumpshot = a superstar. It's really that simple.

Drool.

I'm really grateful for this victory I gotta tell you guys. Needed something to buoy my spirits after that Gtown ****. Was despondent, now less so. Particularly because we might actually be seeing the emergence of a legitimate star in John Wall.

Temple had another nice game. Heady kid, plays great D, plays under control and doesn't try to do things he's not capable of. And lately he's knocking down his open shots, including 3s.
