I'm just assuming I didn't get pure. From the more experienced people I know in terms of that stuff, pure is hard to come by anymore around here. That being said I went through a friend of a friend who has "always been legit." Not something I would have done from **** I randomly got off the street.

Hit the gym and go ham on the weights.
Maybe do a military circuit training and just lift everything in site for a couple of hours.

Then a hit up a Korean All You Can Eat BBq joint. So Damn Good!

I've done that before the in a game minus the dunk. LoL

More of a Chris Paul type of throw it off the backboard and then lay it in to get myself out of double team situation.
