Wow, Denver is on a 14 game win streak and they are 26 games over .500, maybe their players aren't so overrated...

You are the anti-Piston Pete. :o

hint: Monroe is worth a lot and Denver gives up nothing remarkable.

Would anyone be interested in

Chandler+Mcgee for Charlie+JJ+4th pick?

Knight
OJ
Chandler
Moose
Dre

Mcgee off the bench for Dre(*Drool)

I realize 11 million is way to much for mcgee, however you know what he's going to bring and i think defensively we become a very hard team to deal with. i'd rather spend 11 million on mcgee for next 2 years than 11 million on CV+JJ. Mcgee also showed a ridiculous amount of potential in the playoffs last year. Rogers might be able to work miracles especially if we can bring back the "goin to work" mentality

While taking in, it should be noted, some significant and honest-to-goodness production. We're more than aware that McGee's defensive instincts often result in the big man chasing down blocks or offensive rebounds when he could be attempting to properly defend all comers or getting back defensively, but the raw and tangible output cannot be ignored — McGee managed a Player Efficiency Rating of over 20 last year in both the regular and postseason. That takes a lot to argue away.

Until the playoffs, of course. In seven games McGee managed a playoffs-leading 8.7 percent block rate, and he changed several games in Denver's favor; regardless of the eventual outcome. Perhaps not play strong enough for an average of $11 million a year, but McGee's forward/center position and youth make that batch of compensation a little easier to understand. Denver thinks they're going to get through to him. They think he's going to be a Birdman that you can actually stomach starting.

If our pick is 7 or above, I'll do that deal ASAP...We can still get McLemore with the 4th or 5th pick...

I'm not paying 10 million to a back-up. Sorry. We have huge needs at SG and SF. That makes no sense. If we were flipping McGee to a third team i'd consider it.

Just think of Monroe, Dre and other starters who make less and how that affect them mentally. No way, Jose!

?????????? because they lack the understanding that they are on rookie contracts? one way i could see mcgee negatively effecting the team is if Dre see's Mcgee's dumba* get 11 mil just for being big and athletic, it might cause him to just cost as he know he can get at least that

Think about contract renewel time. Monroe or Knight will ask for $15 mil per because bench player McGee is making $11 per. It will mess with their heads that a bonehead dumb as a post player like McGee is making that much more than them.

It looks like gallo's out, and Wilson is going to get increased minutes. I hope that his play ends up changing posters opinions about him, i just hope that its not me changing mine.

Guess Gallo's injury means no Chandler to Detroit...

Really sorry to hear about Gallo's injury. I was really enjoying that Nuggets team and thought they could do serious damage in the playoffs. I will still root for them in the West.

Doesn't matter how good he plays. I'd trade for him but I'm not dealing Greg Monroe, Any first round pick, Brandon Knight, Andre Drummond, or Kyle Singler for him. anything else is fair game for him.
