As far as streaming and ethics. It's not okey to stream stats but if someone is on fire is it okey to pick him up and ride the hot stream ?(in normal leagues I find few gems this way)

Right, that's totally fine. By streaming I meant having a roster spot where, for example, you just pick up a new starting pitcher every single day to try to win the Ws/Ks cats. You are certainly allowed to pick up guys who are playing well and then drop them when they cool off.

do i just go with 2012 mlb draft?

I dunno what you want me to tell you dude. I already explained this exact thing to you in a PM and sent you a full list of resources, including sites with lists of rankings and expert opinions. You can choose players from the 2012 draft, but you are not restricted to those specific players. You can choose any minor league player that does not already belong to someone. The list of prospects that already belong to someone is on the first page of this thread under the player rosters area. There are a lot of other top minor leaguers that are from outside the 2012 draft. For example, previous drafts before that, international signings, stuff of that nature.

I'm really not trying to sound condescending here, but does that clear it up or do you have other questions?
