You'd be surprised... That's what ultimately ended my cousin's career.
They have pretty strict tests they put the linemen through on the treadmill. My cousin had a hard time passing them every year. They had minimum speed tests and minimum endurance limits.
Granted, they probably bend the rules if you dominate on the field, but my cousin was a backup.

I'd assume he still has great instincts and reflexes and it'd be interesting to see how he looks closer to training camp. I'd pay to train with a football team for strength and conditioning over a summer.
