Which trade would you prefer?

Would you rather have the trade you got for Harden or one offered by the GSW? starting around Klay thompson + 7th pick of last years draft? Where you could have gotten Harrison Barnes or Andre Drummond?

The Thunder were hoping Harden would take less than market value so they could re-sign him. Once he didn't take the offer they traded him which was after the GSW offer.

Drummond and Thompson could turn out better than Lamp and filler for the Toronto pick.

If the Thunder could turn back the pendulum in the James Harden situation, they'd have done it several times but not at 2012 offseason. First they'd draft Curry who is a more willing player to take 20 million less during 4 years, and maybe even less considering that he wouldn't have the amount of touches and exposure on OKC, over Harden, and fits in my opinion even better than Harden as a 6th man next to Durant and Westbrook, since he has an off the ball play.

Curry could also impact on the 2010 postseason. Imagine the Thunder upsetting the Lakers? Unreal! Thunder could've made a Finals run that time.
