I think it definitely confirms the eye test - when he's motivated he goes to the rim more and hence scores more.
feel-o-meter has always told me that when hendo is aggressive he has more impact on the game. hendo needs to play like a bull in a china shop to really show his value. he isnt a finesse player. he is at his best when he is driving at the rim, getting to the ft line, posting up his defender, running hard on the breaks and really getting under the skin of his opponent on defense. hendo needs force his will on a game. when he is passive and floats around the perimeter he just doesnt do us much good.
the feel-o-meter also tells me that when hendo is mad, plays against superior players or teams, plays in high profile games or is just generally more motivated, he tends to be more aggressive. not really sure how to prove any of this, since his ppg is relatively the same vs good and bad teams.
maybe his coaches and teammates need to figure out how to get hendo pissed off before every game. perhaps they can tell him he sucks at golf or that duke should be relocated to new jersey.
