From LAL PR: Kobe Bryant has a bone spur in his left foot. He'll see a foot Dr. tomorrow in Sacramento. Update to follow.

Steve Nash:

Steve Nash sat out most of the second half with an apparent problem to his right groin or hip

The Lakers just lost Metta World Peace for 6 weeks with a torn lateral meniscus in his left knee.

That's what happens when Coach Pringles runs a 7-8 man rotation to the damn ground. All those minutes for these guys and it's done nothing but produce a barely over .500 record. Maybe Pau will be next to get injured or re-injure his previous injury.

Anyways, I'm so over this season, the injuries, the turnovers, the non-defense, the everything. Nothing but one big disappointment.

LAKERS TIME TO ADD A PLAYER WITH THAT EXTRA ROSTER SPOT AND HOPE D'ANTONI USES MORE THAN AN 8 MAN ROTATION. :D HOPE KOBE INJURY NOT TOO BAD AND WILL NOT MISS GAMES BECAUSE OF IT.

Alright let's say that everyone on the team gets injured somehow, which is a very good possibility. We can have the Lakers girls take on the Kings cheerleaders. I think it would be a lot more entertaining than the garbage we're watching right now.

Was gonna happen anybody who watched the game yesterday could see the fellas were gassed and he still ignored it and left them out there. Fatigue leads to injurys, Mike D is a coach thats meant to coach a fully reconstructed roster from scratch, so he can get players that he feels fits his system. Not this older legged roster than needs to play half court inside outside basketball. Kobe and Nash turnovers are high because we shouldnt be a pick n roll team. Dwight hates bounce passes

You could just tell by looking at Kobe that we were driving him into the ground this season. He was more gaunt than I'd ever seen him and he just looked winded out there, especially on back to backs...

I would have never guessed with the upgrades we made this off season, that we would be relying on or playing Kobe nearly as much as we did.

I see it as a combination of a Coaching (all of them) problem, bad luck and poor motivation. For better or worse Kobe has been carrying this all-star team this season. Which is really, really disappointing to me.

Dang...these are the two best players on the team. Dwight and Pau need to step up bottom line. Still lots of assets and enough players to make the post season. I am sure kobe and nash will play through the pain but you wonder if it is worth kobe having season ending injury and nash a career ending injury.
