Not going to judge you, but you were very creative there. Crazy most definitely, but creative.

I decided to quit smoking 3 days ago. Worked out well until I went out last night with friends for dinner and drinks and a club after wards. Smoked like 10 cigarettes and a shisha. Not really bothered much and figured it was just a relapse and me being a social smoker. But yeah, I seriously want to quit and be awesome like Tycobb.

that was one helluva jog.

went up a mountain, found a Japanese garden-esque place with stairs (went up and down a couple of times w/ Eye of the Tiger in mind), sprints on a steep hill, few rounds at the oval, then walked home.

has to be my favorite route to date.
