The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

I'm uneasy about counting on Mo to consistently bang down threes, but the defense was strong, so there's hope yet.

Is this team really about to win its fifth straight game? Smelling like playoffs.

Record. 5 game winning streak. We look good. Bring on Denver. If we play good team ball, we can beat anyone.

5 in a row....There is definitely a spark on this team, and I think we might be able to win our home games in the playoffs.

I think we might do better against OKC than SAS, but I would like to remove Spurs from Playoffs and get to the 2nd round for sweet revenge..

Imgaine that, I could sleep good this summer if 1st we knocked Lakers from the playoffs period, and 2nd knock Spurs out of playoffs in the 1st round!!!

Well this game was a little more entertaining. Last month's team would have found a way to lose this one.

I found favors' response disturbing though. Playoffs are what changed for this team is what he said. Does he realize jazz were already in 6th before they went into coast mode? :nonono:

I think he meant because they are close.

I agree. We have a tough schedule and will have to beat a good team or two to make the playoffs. It is we look so good at times and so bad at other times. Which Jazz team is going to show up. I hope it is the one playing good team ball.

I was troubled by Favors' response during post game as well. I mean aren't the playoffs a motivator from the first game of the season??
In general, its still very painful to watch his interviews. Not to sound like a jerk, but it makes me wonder how this guy made it through college. Maybe he's just nervous. I am hoping that at some point he will give answers than are more than just a one sentence cliche.

 well-played, sir.

I didn't catch that post-game interview, but every sit-down interview I've heard he's surprised me with the depth of his answers. He seems like a quiet but thoughtful guy.
