This is completely wrong and goes against what Realgm is all about, fair enough there are limits but you weren't the one that crossed them, this is abuse of mod power as is engaging in trolling and hiding behind a position of authority, signs of both a authoritarian and a contrarian.

You should let Mass know, this is BS.

I agree 100%. If it was me, I'd have complained to Mass already. Do it. I hate that tsherkin guy and it's not his views- I can get past that. I can even get past his hardheadedness, what I can't stand is his continuing abuse of his power.

I wouldn't of cared if it was a GB ban, but a full RealGM username/IP ban where I can't even view the board? Doesn't make sense whatsoever.

But I'm not going to complain further, no reason to draw more attention to it. Like I said I've had plenty of arguments with Tyler over the years, so for him to do that out of the blue like that is weird. I guess because I've started using his full name, and he must not like that :lol:

I pretty much exclusively post here, but I've been perusing other parts of the site recently...and I wouldn't recommend it. So yeah, based on some of the suspensions/trolling you guys are referring to and the general stupidity of the general board, I think I'll just stay in my little niche here.

I mean, the most popular thread in the Draft Forum right now is "How bad does the MKG pick look now?" There are a few haters but it's mostly the OP ranting against the majority of the other posters in the thread, who for the most part still think it was a good pick. Over half the poll still has him as a top 4 pick, 42% say top 3. Thankfully I didn't have to say anything...

No not personally, he writes/used to write articles for RealGM and he would sign them -Tyler Sherkin, so thats why I call him that. He's come on our board many times over the years. In our playoff year, he bet 50 dollars that the Raptors would finish better than the Bobcats, and laughed off our playoff chances. Of course, he never paid based on a technicality that he found in the bet.

its funny everyone is in here talking about tsherkin, I got a 24 ban last week too. I took my ban like a champ and moved on but thats crap for banning me for defending the bobcats.
