unfornately I can't upload anything else, I got a strike and when that happens I can't upload full games anymore.

I think Youtube doles out the strikes per account. You get flagged for copyright violations and other infractions that goes against the eula.

OP can always upload to a different video provider too. Some of those guys care far less about the content of your uploads, so long as it drives them traffic.
