Nick Foles is confident he can win the starting quarterback job with the Philadelphia Eagles and run coach Chip Kelly's up-tempo offense.
"Chip hasn't defined an offense. Up-tempo. I remember playing against him in college and it was up-tempo and I believe that whoever the quarterback is, you build the offense around that," Foles said.
"I feel like I can run anything. I love this team. I'm getting to know the coaches. I'm here to compete. This team's here to achieve the same goal, and that's win, and I'm just ready to compete."
