Hakeem Olajuwon is officially the oldest player in NBA history!!! In his debut (the last game in the regular season, he played 4 minutes, scored 12 points, and blocked 5 shots. His per 36 numbers of 108 points and 60 blocks, make him the best center in the NBA today.

OKC keeps Kyle Korver's bird rights. We never had the bird rights to all the min guys, T-Mac, Iverson, Olajuwon, and Alan Anderson, but to avoid confusion: They are all FAs w/o any bird rights. Too bad we were unable to get the rings.

Memphis offers Metta World Peace (amnestied) a vet. minimum contract (not sure if this is how that works, but better safe than sorry).

If this is not the way to claim amnestied players, let me know and sorry in advance.
