Some ya'll need to get educated on some of the guys on my team!

Patrick Beverley
(rookie 24 y/o PG that shoots it at 38% clip from three. But most impressive has been his defense pressuring the ball, to go along with his rebounding. He leads all guards in the NBA in ORB%. He's got a great AST/TO ratio, and over the last 8 games been a shot blocking machine - especially in transition. 16 PER, 115 ORTG/105 DRTG).

Mike Conley
He's an impact player, look no further than his ridiculous +/- #'s for the Grizzlies.
ON: 107.6 ORTG, 98.4 DRTG
OFF: 99.7 ORTG, 106.2 DRTG
^
That's ridiculous!!
Has an argument as the best defensive PG in the league this year, and is a very solid play-maker. And recently, in his last 10 games, he's picked up the scoring slack:
20.2 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 5.9 APG on 56% TS

Taj Gibson
Anyone that's actually seen him play would know he's a starting caliber player. He's top 5 at his position defensively, IMO. He's a good enough shot blocker, and TERRIFIC on rotational D in pick and roll situations. Then figure he's an athletic finisher with an OK mid-range jumper on offense, he's a terrific fit as the D anchor on our team...this also reflects in his +/- numbers.
ON: 106.9 ORTG, 100.5 DRTG
OFF: 101.3 ORTG, 104.3 DRTG
^
That's also pretty damn ridiculous. IMO, it's a situation like Asik, where we don't fully see what he's capable of statistically b/c of a lack of minutes (to a lesser extent though with Gibson, obviously).

Greg Smith
Recently named as the starting PF for the Rockets. 21 y/o power forward/center that has a 17 TRB%, 64% TS, and per36 of 14/11. He's also on a minimum contract. In his last 5 games, with extended minutes, he's averaged nearly a double double in around just 24 (though last game got into foul trouble, was otherwise doing 10/10 in the prior 4 games).

Gordon Hayward
He is mad underrated. He just recently turned 23 (1.5 years younger than a guy like Parsons), and is doing 14/3/3 on nearly 57% TS. He's got the complete offensive game...the ability to shoot efficiently from behind the arc, act as the point forward, can shoot off the dribble, get to the FT line, good finisher, etc. He's even played good defense this year, and is doing nearly 18/4/4 PER36. IMO, the only thing holding him back is:

a.) minutes
b.) lack of aggression.

The Jazz are also a significantly better offensive team when he's on the floor (similar defensively)
ON: 109.9 ORTG/107.2 DRTG
OFF: 104.1 ORTG/ 107.9 DRTG

*Note: +/- numbers can be a bit misleading, especially when they're not adjusted. But when you're seeing those type of swings, one could reasonably estimate their impact on the game is tremendous.

----

Anyways, this is my first post on the discussion thread. Everyone can go, depending on the price. I'm mainly looking to package guys though to get an upgrade. But any good value deal, I'll listen to as well. Lopez however will be real hard to get.

PG: Chalmers/Joseph
SG: Harden/Stephenson/Johnson
SF: Green/Mbah a Moute
PF: (West)/((Hansbrough))/Freeland
C: ((Splitter))/Thompson/Mahinmi

Hansbrough and Splitter are RFAs. We are hoping to retain David West.

Harden will not be traded unless I'm being severely overpaid or receiving LeBron James or Kevin Durant. Everybody else is available.

Warriors here
PG: Stephen Curry/Ramon Sessions
SG: Evan Turner/Carlos Delfino
SF: (Martell Webster)/Michael Beasley/(Richard Jefferson)/Draymond Green
PF: ((Josh Smith))/Lavoy Allen
C: Kendrick Perkins/Festus Ezeli/Brendan Haywood/(Andris Biedrins)

We are hoping to retain Webster and Smith, Biedrins and Jefferson both have PO which they're likely to accept but would be huge expirings. Will only trade Curry for an upgrade so please don't bother me with deals that include just young prospects. I'm looking for a starting SF, a third string PG, and a better backup PF.

He has a qualifying offer on Storytellers. Why wouldn't he be a RFA?
