I don't even know what Hollins was doing with that play. I don't mind players shoving or pushing but picking on a little guy and trying to humiliate him but going for a choke is just uncalled for.

What is wrong with the NBA? Durant makes a very brief and harmless throat slash gesture (towards no one) in celebration of a dunk and gets fined 25k, Hollins initiates a chokehold on a much smaller, defenseless player and then ignores ref orders to stop for 10+ seconds, and gets the minimum fine for flagrant and technical foul.
