As the regular season comes to the end, Cav's fans - how do you feel about you picking Tristian over Jonas.

I am quite pleased with Thompson's development, and am very eager to see what he brings with him after the upcoming offseason.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

Valanciunas hasn't played nearly as well as Thompson. He's got potential but I have no issue with not taking him.

Geez, what is this insecurity with Raptor fans?

You should have drafted Aldridge instead of Bargnani

That is way more obvious than anything involving Val and Thompson. There is still some questions as to whether Val will even be better than Thompson. No such question involving Bargnani. The daggone shame is that this nonsense tends to show up every time that Bargnani has a decent game.

Jonas is having a nice month and that pick is looking much better than it did early in the season. Even Kanter and Williams have had their moments; but as far as bigs go, for the moment I think you have to put Thompson, Vucevic, and Faried at the head of their class.

If by "great month" you mean 2 games, Jonas is setting the world on fire

Not this thread again, It's like when ever Thompson or Val have a string of good games people want to play the i told you so or the should have drafted so and so game. Let these guys play before we judge them.

By the way, Thompson had another good game against the Celtics 29 points, went 9-9 ft and 17 rebound :D

Not to get into a pissing match, because both guys are doing well but...

Last 10 games for Val:

16ppg on 68% shooting, 8 rpg 1.7 bpg

His efficiency has been insane, and these aren't coming from dunks, he's creating everything for himself. Very impressive for a 20 year old C.

We're happy with Tristan and you guys are happy with Val. Why doesnt it just get left at that until another year or two when it would actually make sense to compare their development.
