Ben Gordon is such trash. Air ball on a possession they could have taken a lead on, a turnover on the baseline the next.

Not only that, I just wrote a post elsewhere how at the beginning of the 2nd half Rubio had a play that describes him perfectly. He stole the ball, blew a WIDE open fast-break layup  , aggressively pressured his opponent to get the ball back and passed (although unintentionally this time) it to his teammate for easy points.

Oh, Wubio, you're so unique.

Josh McRoberts doesn't even bother looking at the basketball coming off Pargo's miss. He could have had a chance at an offensive board there. Truly the worst team in the NBA here. Congrats MJ for putting together this squad.

Preseason, I bet a friend 25 bones that the Knicks would end the season ahead of the Nets. Now I've offered him double or nothing that the Knicks go farther in the playoffs...I'm praying he takes it bc he's took upset about paying up and taking the L...I really hope his ego gets the best of him.

What's up with Wilson Chandler starting off the game, playing 9 minutes thus far into the 2nd quarter but yet only has 0 points and 1 assist? I don't think he's cut out for the role of an NBA starter... And thinking of ex Knicks, Anthony Randolph has done complete nothingness with his 6 minutes while Mozgov has yet to enter the game  Jeremy Lin is having a very, very good game though.

Dude you're missing the point :o

The point is LeBron held Wade back as far as individual performances go. They may improve each other's game as team players, but their individual games have to take a step or half a step back.

There's no question Lin's game as a team player improves playing with Harden. He learned how to move without the ball, he learned how to read defenses without the ball, learn to balance scoring, passing and giving it up to Harden for his isos (non-assist)... it's the thing about this kid: he keeps learning, keeps evolving and improving his game. He keeps making the most out of the situations he is in, which always has been his story.

But, again, his individual numbers take a hit playing with Harden, and it's the individual numbers that people generally use when they're debating for or against a player.

okay lin is good can we get to a point where we don't have to discuss him every time he's playing a game? we really need a separete thread for lin i think.

Nah, you missed the point, Miami fans dont care who wins for them, they riding regardless.

what's amazing about this discussion is the player himself is enjoying this ride, but his fans ca't because their so obsessed with what's not important at all.

Lin cares about a team win and how can contribute to it, stats dont matter to him if the team is winning.....his fans only care about HIS production....the win is secondary.

You dudes are hilarious in that aspect.

Lin could have a triple double in a loss and you'd be happier than if he spotted up a few times and ran off screens and won.

Wall is balling but people need to apply some context to his good play. the sample is REALLY small. Also Wall is doing this towards the end of the season typically when guys are exhausted & so banged up. Wall comes in with fresh legs & tears the NBA up. I need to see wall do this over a much bigger sample from the begining of the season onwards before I crown him anything. last year dragic did the same thing. blew up the nba in a contract year in the last 28 games of the season. Look at goran now.

I think Goran is a victim of his piss poor supporting cast than anything. He's legit to me. Wall is definitely doing it in a small sample, but it's not the same Wall as before his injury. Less boneheaded, out of control play...it looks like the game has finally slowed down for him. Also, he's hitting jumpers with some more consistency (as someone else noted) and that is going to REALLY open things up for him. I'm not saying he's the next Rose, but style of play wise and growth wise...he's following a similar pattern.

Once again Walls sample is how big again??

The Rockets/Nuggets game is really good. Denver is so deep, but I think they'll have trouble in the playoffs without Gallo and Lawson.

Still wish we had Faried.
