BURKE IS A MAN!

But Louisville had too much firepower. Behannon for Louisville IS A MAN. Peyton Siva for Louisville IS A MAN. Hancock IS A MAN. Dieng IS A MAN. etc...

in the end, too much firepower and experience for Michigan to handle

Roger Murdock wrote:He reminds me so much of Kyrie Irving that its sick. Hes shorter, less athletic, and less skilled, but still - their games are so damn similar. Silky smooth floor generals who can dominate a game scoring but by doing it so efficiently they don't hog the ball or phase out teammates. I could easily see him at his peak being as good as Irving was his rookie year - and thats definitely worth a top 5 pick. I hope the Kings get him because I think he'd fit their team perfectly.

Kyrie Irving plays with a popular streetball style, there are a lot of players at the college level who play like that. The difference is that none of them can actually translate that into the NBA, because they are nowhere near as polished as Irving. That's the enamoring thing about Irving's game... he's so good at the little things that he can play on the highest level and make it look like he's playing streetball. Not everyone can do that.

While Burke may look like Irving against college competition, you can pretty easily see that much of that won't translate to the NBA. I don't see him with star potential.. he'll probably be average for his first few years, but could potentially reach Jarrett Jack status by the time he's a vet.

Top 10 pick. But feel he'll be one of those good players on bad teams kinda guy. I see a lot of Kemba walker in him.

Yes everyone hates a guy named Greivis Vásquez because he's white. Good lord stop bringing race into it and making yourself look like a fool.

March Madness inflating his stock like a mother. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes top 3 now. And wouldn't be surprised if that ends up being the wrong move.

FWIW, he's the top point guard in this class, IMO.

I see Kemba Walker + true PG ability.

Essentially if you took Kemba, who's just an undersized scoring guard, and added the ability of a true PG, I think that is what Burke can be. Which could be really really good.

There aren't many players in the NBA that can consistently make that 30 ft three-point shot like he does. Only like LeBron, Chauncey, and JR Smith. He will definitely be successful in the NBA, imo. He's undersized, but so is CP3, and Burke actually looks like he plays defense
