Is Peyton Siva an NBA player?

Royal Ivey has somehow had a 9 year career with a similar skillset. He is probably 4 inches taller than Siva and can D up both guard spots though.

If he does make it, he'd be the first Poly in the NBA. Ironically Adams is half Tongan, so after never having any the NBA would have two in one year.

Siva is a senior, he's under 6 ft and he's an extremely flawed offensive player (low volume, low efficiency scorer who turns the ball over a lot). I think it's VERY hard to justify a draft pick on him. I think he should, and will get some camp invites.

Defensively, he should be decent despite his size. Offensively, he can probably develop into a serviceable 3pt shooter and can run an offense. That's enough to be an adequate back-up PG, if he's lucky.

There really isn't any one skill that Siva has that makes me think he's a future NBA pro. The fact of the matter is I don't see him ever being a good enough defender to make up for the fact he isn't a shooter or distributor. If he makes the league, it's after going to Europe and really changing his game up; Peyton Siva today doesn't make the league.
