With this injury and the new CBA... I'm not so sure that happens now. The talk is that the heat won't stay together long term. We saw the deal OKC did shipping out Harden. In this current climiate could the FO decide to be sellers and focus on the summer of 2014? If Gallo is out most of next year can you blame them?
Say they do something like move McGee for Marion (expiring). They let Iggy opt out and not re-sign (or he just picks up his option for one more year).
The Jazz need a solid PG for next year so you move Andre Miller, future first pick, Quincy Miller, and Anthony Randolph for Marvin Williams Jr & rights to Ante Tomic.
Summer 2014
Gallinari 10.1 million
Chandler 6.7 million
Tomic 4 million
Koufos 3 million
Lawson 11.6 million
Fournier 1.5 million
Faried 2.3 million
Hamilton 2.2 million
2013 1st rounder 1 million
Total 42.4 million
Considering where the salary cap could be... this is a lot of money for the Nuggets to be players.

Two weeks ago David Stern mentioned that he expects NBA revenue to increase to $5b for the year that ends on 6/30/13.
This would be approximately a 20% increase in revenue over the year that ended on 6/30/12.
If this turns out to be true, there are significant ramifications that this would have for the league, their franchises and the Salary Cap/Luxury Tax thresholds.
The Salary Cap would increase from $58.04m to $69.65m and the Luxury Tax threshold would increase from $70.3m to $84.4m.
