Will you be confirming offers/communicating during tiers 3 & 4?

I'll try to but no guarantees.

Should I bother sending in a offer for a tier 3 free agent for the mini mle, or are they looking for much more

Are we a day behind now? Should we be sending in for Tier 4?

Just want to throw a quick word of support in for OP for doing free agency. It's easy to get fickle and pissed off when you have a hand in the cookie jar, but as an outsider looking in, I can say that I agree with all the tier 1 and 2 signings thus far. Everyone always thinks they have the best offer, but there are only so many good players to go around. Free agency is a gamble, and just cause you go all in on red doesn't mean that the roulette ball is going to roll your way.

Let's go Knicks...

Yes. I'll announce Tier 3 signings around Friday at noon EST, maybe a little bit earlier. And then Tier 4 will be announced 24 hours from then.

Please do NOT flood my inbox asking what it will take for X to sign. I will not respond to those e-mails. Send an offer, and if you're offer is too low I'll let you know.

BTW Brian Roberts is not a FA (listed in Tier 5)

Also Jerryd Bayless is listed in both Tier 4 and Tier 5

Just giving some free advice to the restricted free agents in tier 3 and 4 when choosing your next contract TAKE THE MOST MONEY.

Why: 90% of your existing teams will match the contract or try to work out a sign and trade, do not leave money on the table. You also do not want to be in the position where you take less money because you were promised more playing time and your existing team matches, or if they don't match ur new team trades you because you taking less money makes you an attractive trade asset

That is your free advise of the day, you can thank me with 10% of your new salary

Karma, the pessimistic side of me thinks you may not have received my offers as I haven't heard anything back. Are you able to re-assure me?

PG Devin Harris

Did not receive an offer he deemed as "fair value", will drop into Tier 4.

PG Jarrett Jack

Jarrett Jack has signed with Houston (7.5/7.725/7.95/8.175 (PO)). He thought he could win the starting PG job, and make a bunch of money in the process.

PG Chauncey Billups

Didn't receive an offer, so he'll drop to Tier 4.

PG Jose Calderon

Signs with the Mavericks (5/5.15/5.3). Being the starting PG was a HUGE priority for him.

PG Jeff Teague (RFA)

Re-signs with Atlanta for (9/9/9/9).

PF Mo Williams

Didn't receive an offer, so he drops to Tier 4.

SG JJ Redick

Signs with Portland for (7.5/7.8375/8.175/8.5125). A chance to win and be the starting SG were important to him.

SG JR Smith

Signs with Boston for (10/10.1/10.45/10.45 (PO)). Money was a major deciding factor.

SG Tyreke Evans (RFA)

Takes his qualifying offer, and will test his hand at free agency next offseason.

SG Manu Ginobili

Re-signs with Minnesota for (10.361446/10 (PO)).

PF Tiago Splitter (RFA)

Signs with Cleveland for (8/8.5/9/9.5 (PO)).

C Nikola Pekovic (RFA)

Didn't receive an offer, so he'll drop to Tier 4.

C JJ Hickson

Signs with Houston for (8/8/8/8).

Tier 4 will open as soon as ness announces where Gerald Henderson signs.

Same thing as last time, I'll handle FA. I'll have ness handle Chase Budinger and Nick Young.

$13,668,750
$14,693,906
$15,719,062 (PO)

Here is the offer for Brandon Jennings. I didn't think I had to post because bness posted for me earlier. But anyways, has the time passed yet? It's been like two days already. I offered a max contract. It was also posted by Orange.
