MJ had the body to go inside more often too. That plays a huge difference in the two. If MJ shot as many outside shots as Kobe his FG% would probably be more in line with 45%, I would think.
He was just bigger, perhaps not necessarily taller. There are other differences too, of course. Kobe's always been a much better shooter from 15 ft out, but MJ had a better handle.
Them hands ... And MJ also had a shorter 3pt line

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

I wonder what Kobe could have been if he was physically gifted like some of the other GOATs

To say Kobe isn't is absolutely crazy. He's easily one of the most physically gifted players ever. The longevity that he's able to sustain can't be attributed to hard work alone. His numbers at 34 mirror Jordan's. Everyone in his draft class is either out of the league or regulated to role player status(ray allen, nash, etc.)
For him to play close to 48 minutes the last few games and still put up some of the best numbers in the league is insane. There is a story of Jrue Holiday who is over 10 years younger breaking down and is not even playing the same kind of minutes. Not even mentioning playing through injuries. Not playing hurt, but actually injured.
I sort of understand your point compared to other greats. You see Hakeem or Jordan their physical attributes is more noticeable on the court in their heyday/
