^^^ Kaman's name was never posted as an option in tier 4? Commish also stated that all tier 4 players had to get at least 2.5M? What gives?? So confused....

It said if you had cap space, which I used, also nobody outbid me in 24 hours, why being it up now? Why not outbid me? Everything is always after the fact.

First off, I forgot Chris Kaman. Secondly, he would have fallen in Tier 4 which says that the minimum bids must not be less than 2.5 million/year.

He's available, and will be bid on with the rest of Tier 5, but will not sign for less than 2.5 million/year.

Tier 5 is now opened. Here are the rules:

~You may not have more than two hours out at at ime.
~IF your offer stands for 24 hours without being beaten, then you sign that player.
~Please quote your offer when you sign him.
~Please quote the previous offer when you try to beat an offer.
~Offers start at vet min, and then increase to 1 million and then 250k from then on.

Think you we're a little early on the Dorell signing. I offered 4/16
