Is it snowing down there yet? Don't think we are suppose to get any of this one but we got about 8 inches over the weekend.

We already got ours. These late season storms are like so two days ago.

Its done here in Marshall for now. Can still barely see the black of the field outside my apartment (had nothing on ground before this). Supposed to get another 3-5 inches tonight and 4-6 tomorrow, along with the usual 20-30 mph Marshall winds

Yeah, I told someone up there during that storm that I'm glad I don't live up north any more. Then I saw our forecast, and was like 'aw crap.'

I'm making a pact with myself. I will not visit the GB ever again. I've lost too many brain cells in the past couple days.

Alright, this winter can officially bite me now. Five inches of snow so far from last night to now (and still snowing). And we are getting another 7-12 inches Sunday through Monday.

Now that my vacation is almost over, spring has finally come around in Germany. I have about four days left until I'm going back to the north pole and I'm afraid to check the forecast.

Not that I have a problem with winter but going back from 60°F to sub-30°F and snow is a bit difficult.

Edit: looks like it has begun to rain and will continue throughout the week. Damn, now I wish it was still winter with snow. I hate it when the snow melts.

It's getting depressing here. If we continue to have winter in spring, I think I'll consider moving.

lupus are you projected to get the 3-6 or the 6-12 in this storm?

We're in the 6-12 swath. Looks like probably 7-8.

If a Minnesotan is thinking that, Rubio must be banging down the door to get out of town.

I never understood why people here say "pop" instead of "soda". I'm definitely far from your stereotypical Minnesotan. :)

even weirder was when my mom visited my gramps down in the Ozarks about 20 years ago and informed me that they call any soda/pop "Coke"

so apparently in the weirdo south, somebody can ask "want a Coke?" and you can say "sure!" and they'll hand you a friggin Tahitian Treat or some ****.
