He did go through with it but it wasn't a permanent tattoo, it was for a charity thing.

Oh ok, didn't know he got it done.

Yeah, I knew he planned to do a fake tattoo of Betty White for charity (autism awareness IIRC), but then Hurricane Sandy hit, and the event got cancelled at the time, I guess he ended up doing it later.

We're so un-athletic and slow its not even a joke anymore....

PJ needs to go one way or the other by the end of the playoffs

And that is why if we reach the ECSF i seriously fear we'll lose all games in blowouts against the heat.

If we were to do our job and beat the 5th seed, the most likely winner that is Miami would be our 2nd rd matchup.... so the blowouts or sweep will happen short of the ECF...

So Was out all day...and saw than Indy lost and I am thinking hey! OK...this faint hope of moving up is still possible as that we have nothing but trash teams left to play. Then I scrolled through the box scores and saw that we lost to the Craptors.

I cant even watch it. Not going to delete. Assuming my DVR recorded it...just going to delete the game.

Well if you want a quick plainless recap:

-Gay/DeRozan came out looking like Durant/Westbrook. It wasn't bad defense either, they just made shots. Gay made a 40 foot three.

-Lopez got pulled early for missing layups

-Everyone not named Deron missed wide open shots.

-This game proved why this pace is garbage. We went down 2-12, Deron starts throwing the ball to JJ who attacked the lane in a 7 sec or less style and created wide open looks for Bogans after that...Bogans was useless.

-Reggie did nothing really but nearly get himself ejected. Again.

-The effort level by the bench was unreal. Disgusting honestly. Down by 3, Marshon and Kris come in misses layups, Marshon called for 4 ISOS in a span of 2 minutes, down by 13 in 2 minutes. Then, down by 20 in no time.

Second Half:

Came out strong defensively and energy wise, cut the lead to 4 multiple times and the refs really started to "miss" multiple calls and hand out questionable ones, Lopez comes in and just ruined any sort of a comeback fueled by Deron. Missed free throws, missed a layup, kept settling for the 17 foot jumper bank shot on Aaron Gray.

eh whatever, no big deal. I think D-will just needs to be rested from all these shots to the leg he's been taking and to prevent a possible injury.

So what do we do with our key players these last 2 games with the 4 locked down?

Limited minutes? Completely rest? Play like normal?

Our chances of getting the 3 seed were like 2%. Roughly. The Pacers were not losing out.

Last thing I want is an injury, even it's just a nick, on someone.

Tomorrow, I'd rest Deron and Joe. Wednesday, I'd rest Deron, Joe, Reggie, Brook and use the entire bench/young guys with Bogans, Stackhouse in limited minutes.

If we rest Deron and Joe we should rest Lopez as well.

Lopez was atrocious yesterday.

It's the games like this that have me scared to death of our first round opponent. Our pace is inexplicably moronic, and we don't know know which Brook will show up in the playoffs, the all star who is the best offensive center in the league, or the soft, ineffective guy that was getting punked by Gray yesterday.

I say start resting guys, particularly Williams and Johnson.

And why does Stackhouse play so much?

I'm on board with resting our backcourt.... maybe play them tonight the entire first Qtr and that's it..... Dwill has been taking shots and its like knocking on the door on something bad so let's stop it. JJ, more rest the better for him.

Wednesday maybe same treatment? but include Lopez? PLUS lets get our bench' confidence going, I know that's not the PJ's rule of coaching but let's try it.

Stacks plays so much cause we have no backup 3.....Crash is out, Toko doesn't suit up anymore n if he does, you wouldn't know....
